N元加幣可買到甚麼多倫多樓?Part 2

繼上期分析文章談及100萬加元以内大約可買到甚麼房子後,今期則從 www.realtor.ca 網站尋找一些由100萬至200萬加元的多倫多樓盤(主要為二手物業)給讀者參考。

要注意筆者並沒有亦實際沒可能保證樓盤資料完全正確,只是安大略省以致多倫多市已有數十年之房地產經紀發牌制度,從業人員有一定的訓練和需要遵從一些守則。然而,近年市況非常興旺,部份樓盤不但數日內售出,且常超越叫價。

實際體驗: 筆者看中一個剛上地產銷售網的開放式大廈單位,叫26萬加元,還未來得及出價,已以近29萬售出,應是近年該幢大廈的開放式單位之新高價。

1)由100萬至150萬加元

整體而言,100至200萬可買到優良質素的大廈和鎮屋單位,以及一些較細小但精緻之獨立屋,樓面面積則由千餘呎起,且地點可不俗,也要懂得欣賞舊樓。
