N元加幣可買到甚麼多倫多樓？Part 2
繼上期分析文章談及100萬加元以内大約可買到甚麼房子後，今期則從 www.realtor.ca 網站尋找一些由100萬至200萬加元的多倫多樓盤（主要為二手物業）給讀者參考。
要注意筆者並沒有亦實際沒可能保證樓盤資料完全正確，只是安大略省以致多倫多市已有數十年之房地產經紀發牌制度，從業人員有一定的訓練和需要遵從一些守則。然而，近年市況非常興旺，部份樓盤不但數日內售出，且常超越叫價。
實際體驗: 筆者看中一個剛上地產銷售網的開放式大廈單位，叫26萬加元，還未來得及出價，已以近29萬售出，應是近年該幢大廈的開放式單位之新高價。
1）由100萬至150萬加元

整體而言，100至200萬可買到優良質素的大廈和鎮屋單位，以及一些較細小但精緻之獨立屋，樓面面積則由千餘呎起，且地點可不俗，也要懂得欣賞舊樓。
